All passengers are met at the gate with a sign with their name or corporate name. At the St. Louis Lambert International Airport security regulations require a designated greeting location inside the baggage claim area of each terminal. Passengers flying into the main terminal will be met just east of baggage claim M-1. Passengers flying into the east terminal will be met at the main exit (ET14), right past the baggage claim. If you have a group that has arranged to be picked up in one of our oversized vehicles your pick up location may vary since these vehicles do not fit in the Lambert Airport Parking Garage.
