| Q: How do I determine what size vehicle I need? |
| A: We recommend 2-3 people less than the capacity of the vehicle for comfort. |
| Q: Are you properly insured? |
| A: JED Limousine is fully insured and licensed according to the standard requirements for state and local DOT, St. Louis metropolitan taxicab commission and all local airports. |
| Q: How new are your cars? |
| A: 90% of our fleet are 2007 or 2008 vehicles. |
| Q: Do you charge for mileage charge or do you have fuel surcharges? |
| A: We have a 15%-20% fuel surcharge. Please call for complete details. |
| Q: Is smoking allowed in the vehicles? |
| A: No smoking is allowed in any JED vehicle. |
| Q: Can we drink alcohol in the cars or buses? |
| A: All passengers over the age of 21 are allowed to consume alcohol in the vehicles. |
| Q: How do you hire safe drivers? |
| A: All JED drivers are DOT certified, background checked, and go through a 40 hour chauffeur training. |
| Q: How are your drivers dressed? |
| A: All JED chauffeurs are professionally dressed in black suits and black tie. |
