We are looking for a results-driven CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE to be responsible for all customer service duties including quotes and closing the sale. 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm shifts are available. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations. (Call Center experience is preferred.)   • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on service features
  • Remain knowledgeable on vehicles and discuss available options for weddings, corporate events, airport transfers, and parties
  • Build productive and lasting relationships with customers


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • You are coachable, flexible and self-motivated
  • You can hit the ground running
  • Excellent communicator with professional phone skills
  • Think dynamically and problem solver
  • Must pass a background check


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested

8 hour shift. Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm, some flexibility may be available

$16 – $20 / hour

Experience Level: 1 year
